Sports clubs are a good way to make new friends, meet the locals and expand your network. It is also a good way to have fun and enjoy physical actitivity!
The Danish Sports Association DGI provides free sportsguides to newcomers and expats in Denmark.
SO WHAT IS A SPORTSGUIDE?
- Your own personal guide to the local sports clubs.
- A Dane who would like to introduce you to a sports club in your local area (football, swimming, running, volleyball, basketball etc.).
- A possible Danish friend and the beginning of a Danish network.
- A Dane who has good knowledge of the Danish sports clubs and helps you get started doing psychical activity.
- A good contact in order to get to know Denmark and the Danes.
