FORENINGEN NYDANSKER The Association for Integration of New Danes on the Labor Market
The Association for Integration of New Danes on the Labor Market’ is a private, non-profit organisation, with more than one hundred private and public companies as members. Our main goal is to counteract barriers between new citizens in Denmark and the Danish labor market and to make diversity management a natural and appreciated ingredient in the employment practices at Danish work places. In order to reach this goal we work to gather knowledge, inspire and guide Danish businesses, organizations and other stakeholders to employ and integrate “new Danes”.
The association works to build a network among its members in order to promote activities and exchange experiences and competences.

Expat in Denmark
Expat in Denmark is Denmark’s first official network for foreign professionals.
We live in a globalised world where people are always on the lookout for the most attractive job opportunities, and where companies, in turn, look far beyond national borders for the best possible workforce. However, moving to a foreign country and settling in can be difficult, and many foreign adventures end quite differently than both employees and companies had hoped. We created Expat in Denmark because we know that Denmark is no exception.
The Expat in Denmark network is jointly run by the Danish Ministry of Economics and Business Affairs and a consortium made up of the Danish Chamber of Commerce (Dansk Erhverv), The Copenhagen Post, and the Danish Bankers Association (Finansrådet).
The networks, events, and member services are administered and run by the Expat in Denmark Consortium through a joint Secretariat, based in the historic Børsen building in the centre of Copenhagen. Together with the Secretariat, they are also in charge of developing and expanding the network in accordance with the aims set out by the Ministry of Economics and Business Affairs.
Welcome to Denmark
Welcometo.dk is a partnership between Danish municipalities and labour market partners. The aim of the project is to propose how to make working in Denmark attractive. This is done by collecting, testing and disseminating good practice experiences which show examples of successful welcoming, retention and integration into Danish working and social life.
