Can I create more than one profile?
Yes, you can create as many different profiles as you like. For example, you might want to create a profile for your family, a profile  for dining out, or one to find a running mate. 

Will other users be able to see my e-mail address?
No. Your e-mail address is hidden, unless you start e-mail correspondence with another member. 

How can I contact users?
When viewing a profile you can choose to contact them via an e-mail form (click the mail button), connect via LinkedIn profile or send them a message via Facebook (if the user has provided a link). It is then up to the other user to get back in touch with you.  

Can I use my Expat in Denmark login details on Letsmeetin.dk?
Yes. In fact you have to use your Expat in Denmark login details to sign in and create a profile. 

Is there a way of creating a profile for my family?
Yes. Simply name and fill out a profile accordingly (e.g. “Smith Family” or “Family Hansen looking for expat family”). You will still need an individual, Expat in Denmark login to create the family’s profile. 

Can we use letsmeetin.dk as a couple?
Yes. Simply name and fill out a profile accordingling (e.g. “Young Danish couple looking for expat friends”). You will still need an individual, Expat in Denmark login to create the couple’s profile.  

Can Expat in Denmark guarantee a match?
Unfortunately we can not guarantee a match. We already have an extensive network of both Danes and expats around Denmark, and we encourage all our members to also create a profile on Letsmeetin.dk. Of course, we cannot guarantee that everyone will, or that the profiles you seek to contact will respond. 

What is the best way of finding a match?
For others to find you, it can be a good idea to make your profile detailed, but not too detailed. No one wants to read your CV or life history on a profile page. Also, make the profile interesting! The more clear and unique your profile is, the more attention it will get. It is also a good idea to attach a photo so that others can put a face to the profile they are interested in. When finding others, play around with the search criteria. If you are getting too many results (e.g. if you simply search for “expats”) you may want to specify interests or location. It is not possible to search for a type of profile that isn’t available, so feel free to play around.  

What does “BETA” mean?
“BETA” means that we are still working on the final version of Let’s meet!, and constantly updating and improving the current site. This means that you may notice changes in styling, layout, or functions. It also means that we need your help and suggestions! Please contact us with bugs, ideas or critique. 

How do I find a match?
You find a match by clicking on "Find Match" button on the front page or by clicking “MATCHING” in the main menu. Now, select the kind of profile(s) you are looking for by specifying search criteria on the left hand side of the page. It is impossible to search for a type of profile that doesn’t already exist in the system, so you will always find a match of some kind.
